Who are they?

If you haven't heard of Virgin you must have been living on Mars!  A household name from trains and planes to drinks and insurance!

Do they have a brochure?

They do.  Attraction details are given in some detail, but there is no specific publication for theme parks only

Is the website any good?

Despite the size of the site, the attraction tickets page is very easy to reach and navigate through.  A good level of detail about each park is included along with its relative merits and advice on choosing the most appropriate ticket.

What's their customer service like?

In our experience, not very good.  The staff we spoke to did not seem familiar with the ticket types, referred to them by incorrect names and were not sure how vouchers were exchanged once in resort.  In short, they did not appear very interested.

Do you get tickets or vouchers?

Vouchers for the majority of attractions which need to be exchanged once in resort.  In peak periods this can be rather exhausting.

What about prices?

Not particularly good.  Ticket prices differ between 2005 and 2006, but they are all at the high end of the scale, probably due to the fact that they are trading on a household name.

How quick do they deliver?

Do they have a good range of stuff?

Yes.  All of the major attractions are covered of course, plus a good selection of dinner shows and excursions.
