Our Rating System is made up of 10 key performance indicators. Here's why:
- Brand Recognition – Are they well-known or a new-comer to the field
- Brochure – Can you have a good flick through with a cup of Tea?
- Website – All have them, but will you be whizzing though or reaching for a hammer!
- Customer Service Standards – Low prices are all well and good, but are you going to get support when you need it and after splashing so much cash, when are you going to get your paws on the tickets?
- Ticket / Park Knowledge - Is somebody just trying giving you the hard sell or are you getting some informed advice about what is best for your holiday?
- Real Tickets/ Vouchers – We really recommend avoiding vouchers for the major parks. In peak seasons you can be waiting hours to exchange these for real tickets. You need to also be sure that the voucher is good and can be exchanged.
- Price – This will perhaps be the main driving factor and understandably so. But do remember for the sake of a couple of quid here and there, you can sometimes get better advice, quick delivery and maybe even a few extra's thrown in!
- Fees / Hidden Extras – As above. Does the company you're booking with include any?
- Delivery Times – Again, as mentioned above. How long till you have the tickets in your hand. If you're travelling at the last minute, it's always best to call ahead and check that the tickets are in stock.
- Opening Times - Want to speak to someone before parting with your money. This lets you know who's open and when
