Disney's 7 Day Premium Ticket

The Premium ticket is valid for a 14 day lifespan, but you may only access the parks for 7 days.  This means that you do not have to visit Disney every day.  The main benefit of the ticket is that you can save any unused days beyond the 14 day lifespan provided you pay an extension fee.  Therefore if you only use 3 days this time around then you can pay the upgrade fee, and the remaining 4 days would be valid for your next Disney holiday at any time in the future.  The cost of extending the ticket is currently $96 (subject to change) and you need to do this at guest services.

What you get is 7 days of admission to the parks featured below.  You are allowed to hop, which means that you can visit more than one park on the same day, and it will only count as one day on your ticket.

Magic Kingdom Park
Disney's Animal Kingdom
Epcot
Hollywood Studios

On top of this, you also get 6 visits to the following:

Blizzard Beach Water Park
Typhoon Lagoon Water park
Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island
DisneyQuest Indoor Interactive Theme Park
Wide World of Sports Complex (except for events where tickets are sold separately).

These may be used on top of the standard 7 days, but not outside of the 14 day lifespan of the ticket.  Again, if you pay the upgrade fee, then any unused admissions to the above will also carry over.

Finally, as with the 14 day Ultimate, you may use this ticket in the Disney Fast Pass machines

Our Rating System is made up of 10 key performance indicators.  Here's why:

  • Brand Recognition – Are they well-known or a new-comer to the field
  • Brochure – Can you have a good flick through with a cup of Tea?
  • Website – All have them, but will you be whizzing though or reaching for a hammer!
  • Customer Service Standards – Low prices are all well and good, but are you going to get support when you need it and after splashing so much cash, when are you going to get your paws on the tickets?
  • Ticket / Park Knowledge  - Is somebody just trying giving you the hard sell or are you getting some informed advice about what is best for your holiday?
  • Real Tickets/ Vouchers – We really recommend avoiding vouchers for the major parks.  In peak seasons you can be waiting hours to exchange these for real tickets.  You need to also be sure that the voucher is good and can be exchanged.
  • Price – This will perhaps be the main driving factor and understandably so.  But do remember for the sake of a couple of quid here and there, you can sometimes get better advice, quick delivery and maybe even a few extra's thrown in!
  • Fees / Hidden Extras – As above.  Does the company you're booking with include any?
  • Delivery Times – Again, as mentioned above.  How long till you have the tickets in your hand.  If you're travelling at the last minute, it's always best to call ahead and check that the tickets are in stock.
  • Opening Times  - Want to speak to someone before parting with your money.  This lets you know who's open and when
